How should I pay for my order?

Upon checkout, click “Pay Pal" or “Credit Card".

Do you accept Credit / Debit Card?

Yes! We accept major credit / debit cards via PayPal and NO PayPal account is required for checkout (except for a very few specific countries). Please choose “Don’t have a PayPal account?" upon checkout.

What currency do you charge in?

All payments are charged in Hong Kong dollars. Your bank or PayPal will convert the total amount to your local currency.

Can I change my design after submission?

Yes, you can change your design within 3 hours of submission.

Are there any designs that are not permitted?

As always, we love seeing your creative designs, but at the same time, we hope that you can be respectful. We do not wish to see designs that contain pornographic, racist or offensive elements, or anything copyrighted that does not belong to you. We have to take down designs that are inappropriate.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! FREELY!

How long does the shipping process usually take?

Woodiis is a Hong Kong based-company. Normally, worldwide shipping takes estimated 7-25 delivery days. And Hong Kong shipping takes estimated 3-5 delivery days.

When will you ship my order after I placed it?

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days.

Where will my package be delivered? My home or the post office?

Your Woodiis case will be delivered to the address you entered. If such delivery is unavailable, it will arrived at the nearest post office.

What should I do if I need to change my billing and shipping address after placing an order?

How should i make a request for a rush delivery?

Please email us at [email protected] if you need a rush delivery. We will try our best to suit your needs.

Import Taxes & Duties

For some countries, import tax, duties and related Customs fees are required for imports, and such cost is not covered in your payments to Woodiis. These charges are determined and charged by the Customs office in your country. Please contact your local Customs office for more information.

  1. Return Policy: Woodiis accept product return when there are any damage or irrelevant contents of products. Please confirm the validity of product return with Woodiss within 7 days.
  2. Customers please arrange the shipping of returning product. Woodiis would not take the responsibility to the shipping cost of returning product.
